Todd Pencarinha provides strategic direction and leadership for the Altiras businesses. He spends much of his time developing new businesses for the advancement of Altiras’ beneficial reuse industry leadership.
Mr. Pencarinha has been in the chemical industry for 30 years with experience at large chemical producers and experience operating his own chemical trading company. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas.

Christina Shutt serves as the controller for the Altiras companies. She leads all finance and accounting activities.
She has experience as an auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers and a lead accountant at Halliburton. Christina also volunteered her services to clean books and improve accounting standards for churches and small non-profit organizations. Christina holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.

Marlon Williams currently leads Altiras Fuels, providing business and market leadership. Marlon maximizes the value of off-spec and secondary petroleum products and develops international markets for specific refining products.
Marlon has over 25 years of experience in petroleum product trading and distribution. He also has considerable experience in the beneficial use, recycling, and waste disposal of various chemicals, industrial and hazardous waste, and petroleum product residues. Marlon earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Angelo State University.

Dan Hickman provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to our international chemical distribution business. Dan has managed sales, marketing, product management, product management, supply chain, logistics, and operations for Altiras Chemicals.
Before Altiras, Mr. Hickman held several sales leadership positions in asset management and information technology firms including Gartner Group and IBM. Mr. Hickman earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University.

Ethan Chon is the manager of Labs, overseeing all operations for our plant, sampling, R&D studies, and more.
Ethan graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has worked at Altiras for 2 years since graduating.
